The Ballad of Limpy Bones Johnson eBook Guy David Hepp Reviews
I enjoyed this book quite a bit. It was an engaging and fun read, with an interesting variety of characters. My only critique might be that it could have been a bit longer--some of the introduced ideas never get developed to the extent that they could of.
Dr. Hepp’s book is a very fine piece of literature and one of constant, fast-paced intrigue, from beginning to end. His use of similes is unexcelled (as far as my reading), and his florid style creates wonderful imagery, e.g. “Symbols for luck, words of strength and confidence, all were scratched into the grip of the gun in a cluttered jumble of ritualized favors requested from some long forgotten god of the hunt.”
